Exercising in the Summer!



It's seems like we have so many more options each year as summer rolls around. There's something great about taking in a game of tennis, swimming or long walks in the late evening or early morning.

It's also wonderful to able to enjoy the many fruits available at this time of the year such as watermelon and cantaloupe. There are many activities that we can participate in also while participating in our children's activities. We do have to remember and pay special attention at all times to our fluid levels when dealing with the heat.

Cross training provides us with opportunities to work different sets of muscles while providing us with an interesting variety of exercises to choose from in order to prevent boredom.

It's great to take advantage of the longer days of sunlight; it's always a fun time of year.
